• All bets are final once confirmed — confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
• Odds may change before you confirm your bet — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, pre-match bets will be refunded unless stated otherwise
• For live betting, outcomes are determined based on the official result at the end of the match
• BetWinner reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable error)
• Sports betting limits vary by sport, league, and market type

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform BetWinner and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration
• Systematic bonus arbitrage (bonus abuse)
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering through the BetWinner platform
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions using a VPN
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities

BetWinner reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, or at the direction of legal authorities.

If your account is suspended for valid reasons, BetWinner will notify you by email within 24 hours and explain the steps needed to resolve the matter. Any valid balance in your account will be returned once the investigation is complete and no breach has been confirmed.

You may also request to close your account at any time via live chat or our support email. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of the closure request being received.
